April 27, 2007- VIDEO UPDATE- We are starting back up with this unique restoration, the custom built Land Cruiser FJ45. The first video that we are posting is of the front door restoration. The front doors required fabrication to the RH door. The LH door is Brand New by Toyota, a rare find at that. Watch as we try to move forward with theis restoration project. Thursday December 22, 2005 Started in October 2005 this full custom FJ45 Aluminum Land Cruiser will be unique to say the least. This Land Cruiser will be living on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. This is a custom built FJ45, using the core Cruiser of an FJ40, 1979. This Land Cruiser also sports a diesel engine imported from Australia, a 1HZ with a 5 speed transmission. The frame has been galvinized and will last for forever! The rear axle is a non-USA full floater, also a rare find.
