Delivery Method

CRUISER SOLUTIONS takes pride in filling your Land Cruiser orders promptly and correctly. Of course this takes time and man power. Everyone at CRUISER SOLUTIONS strives to process your orders quickly and correctly. Each order processed will have a $5.00 (U.S.) handling fee per box shipped which is included in the freight charges. Items that ship oversize or overseas that require additional time and material to package are subject to additional handling fees. Your order can be shipped by the following ways:

  • UPS GROUND SERVICE – Continental US (except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico
  • UPS 1-DAY DELIVERY – USA including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico (signature required upon delivery)
  • UPS 2-DAY DELIVERY – USA including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico (signature required upon delivery)
  • UPS 3-DAY SERVICE – Not Available in California Continental USA only (signature required upon delivery)
  • AIR PARCEL POST – Parcel Post orders are shipped only once a week (this will cause your order to be delayed) *CRUISER SOLUTIONS. is not responsible for Parcel Post Shipments*
  • TRUCK – See below for Truck order information. A $5.00 fee will be charged for all incorrect or incomplete addresses on all UPS orders.

Return Policy

Should you wish to return any item for any reason, including cores, these guidelines must be followed:

  • No return shipments will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #). To obtain this number you must have a copy of your invoice. With this in hand, contact Cruiser Solutions at 603-329-9999
  • The RA NUMBER MUST BE PLACED ON EVERY PACKAGE BEING RETURNED TO CRUISER SOLUTIONS, INC. IT MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE OR THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% re-handling fee.
  • NO RETURNS on electrical parts.
  • NO RETURNS on books and manuals.
  • NO RETURNS on used or installed parts.
  • NO RETURNS on special order merchandise.
  • NO RETURNS on clearance parts.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid NO C.O.D.’s.
  • Orders returned as refused will be subject to a 20% re-handling fee.
  • All returns must be carefully boxed. You are responsible for all damages. We suggest you insure your return for the value of the parts in case it is lost or damaged by the carrier.
  • Return Authorization numbers will only be honored for 15 days after being issued.
  • Refunds on returns within 30 days will be made by the original method of payment. Refunds on returns after 30 days will be made by Giftcard.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
